Dow Coming has launched the InstantGlaze window assembley sealeant - a revolutionary, reactive hotmelt that lets you make windows faster, better and more economically. Direct bonding of galss sealed units into the window improves the energy efficiency of the entire window frame as it minimises the amount of steel required for ridgity.

The sealed unit performs the same way as a car windscreen which gives a uniformed strength to the roof structure.Windows using the InstantGaze system can be fabricated and completed in the factory qucikly and effeciently and ready for installation. Inagas can supply the equiptment soloutions whether you manufacture 50 or 5000 frames a week.

The air operated hot melt gun designed for using with instantglaze can be operated either in the factory or on the site. To ensure temperature is maintained the gun is supplied with pre-heater nozzle.

The aluminium cartridges containing the Instanglaze are pre-heated in a warming cabinet.

Simply apply a bead of sealant around the frame

The 3m x 2m XYZ semi-automatic applicator will apply a consistent bead of sealant around the frame. Once the operator positions the frame at the datum point and set the application head in the centre of the frame the head will automatically apply the bead of silicone around the perimeter of the sash.

The gunning head can then be moved to a glazing table for the glass unit to be inserted and completion of the window. Options include: in/out feed roller tables, built in rollers to a gunning table, auto clamp to hold frame.
